WINTER WEATHER ADVISORY IN EFFECT UNTIL 5 PM MST THIS AFTERNOON. HAZARDOUS DRIVING IN MOUNTAIN PASSES. LOW VISIBILITY

WINTER WEATHER ADVISORY REMAINS IN EFFECT UNTIL 5 PM MST THIS AFTERNOON

* SNOW ACCUMULATIONS: 3 TO 7 INCHES.

* ELEVATION: HEAVIER SNOW AMOUNTS ABOVE 6500 FEET.

* TIMING: COLD FRONT MOVING THROUGH AREA BEFORE THE NOON HOUR WILL CAUSE GUSTY WINDS AND ADVERSE SNOW EFFECTS.

* LOCATIONS INCLUDE: LAVA HOT SPRINGS, SODA SPRINGS, MCCAMMON, FISH CREEK SUMMIT, SWAN VALLEY, GRAYS LAKE,NWR, MONTPELIER, GEORGETOWN, PARIS, GEORGETOWN SUMMIT, DRIGGS, DUBOIS, ISLAND PARK, ST. ANTHONY, EDIE RANCH, MONIDA, PASS, ASHTON, HILL, TARGHEE PASS, PINE CREEK PASS

* WINDS: WIND GUSTS TO 35 MPH POSSIBLE AFTER COLD FRONT PASSAGE.

* IMPACTS: BLOWING AND DRIFTING SNOW WILL CAUSE SLICK ROADS AND VISIBILITIES BELOW 1/2 MILE OVER SHORT STRETCHES OF THE ROADWAY. MOUNTAIN PASS TRAVEL MAY BE HAZARDOUS DURING THE
AFTERNOON.
