Thurmont Police Commission Message 
The Thurmont Police Commission (TPC) still has two openings and we need your help to immediately fill these citizen volunteer positions. For your general information, the TPC acts as a liaison between the Thurmont Police Department (TPD), the public, and Town Commissioners. The TPC also undertakes annual fund raising campaigns to support important community and TPD projects.
The TPC consists of seven members and we have a public meeting at the TPD on the fourth Wednesday of every month at 7:30 pm.
If you are interested in joining the TPC, you need to write a brief letter addressed to the Town Commissioners expressing your interest in joining the TPC. Please send it to the attention of Bill Blakeslee at the Town Office.
