BOROUGH OF CLEONA REASSESSMENT NOTICE

Lebanon County is in the process of a reassessment project. We will start data collection in your district approximately November 29, 2010. Data collectors will visit all parcels in your district and measure, photograph and gather information on all structures. All will have County issued ID badges and car identification. At no time will data collectors ask to enter residences. Please have homeowners contact proper officials or this office at anytime to verify data collectors work for 21st Century Appraisals, Inc. or Lebanon County.

At this time, the Lebanon County assessment office is data collecting properties of ten acres or more and exempt properties. 21st Century Appraisals, Inc. is doing properties of less than ten acres and commercials.

**Residential properties (less 10 acres) will be collected at this time.
