In recent weeks, Greenwood Police Officers have worked several deer vs. vehicle accidents on our roadways. Although most of these occur at night, it is not uncommon to work an accident or see deer standing on the shoulder of the roadway during the day. Drive safely and slow down when you see these animals on the side of the roadway.
