Albany Police continue their search for Aggravated Assault suspect Bertram Derek Stewart. 
Location: Leonard Avenue and Mock Road
Suspect: Bertram Derek Stewart, age 33
Last seen wearing: blue jeans and a white shirt and running west on Leonard Avenue
The victim was traveling east on Leonard Avenue when her Dodge Sport Grand Caravan was struck by two bricks. One of the bricks shattered her side driver side window and the second one shattered her back window. During the incident, a nine year old male juvenile was struck by one of the bricks. There were four juveniles in the vehicle at the time of the incident.
Stewart is a suspect at this time and is not in custody. No charges have been filed at this time but he does have outstanding warrants.
