Motor Vehicle Theft - Avondale Condos 
On 12-11-10, at approximately 09:15AM, AEPD officers were dispatched to Sutton Place (Avondale Condos) in reference to a vehicle theft.
Upon arrival, contact was made with the victim who stated that the vehicle was taken during the period of 5:30PM, yesterday (Friday) and 09:15AM this morning.
Vehicle described as:
1996 Honda Accord
Red in color
Georgia Tag #12846QA
The area was searched, other local agencies alerted and vehicle entered on the GCIC/NCIC crime computer. No known suspects at the time of the report. Investigation is active - anyone having information possibly related to the incident is asked to contact Inv. Tom Gillis at (404) 391-4526.
As noted in previous advisories, criminal activity increases during the holidays. Everyone is asked to report any and all suspicious persons, vehicles and activities to 911 immediately. Every call is considered and treated as being important.
