* PRECIPITATION TYPE: RAIN WILL CHANGE TO ALL SNOW FROM WEST TO
EAST SUNDAY AFTERNOON.

* ACCUMULATIONS: 2 TO 5 INCHES OF SNOW ACROSS THE LOWER TERRAIN.
LOCALIZED HIGHER AMOUNTS POSSIBLE OVER THE HIGHER TERRAIN.

* TIMING: RAIN WILL CHANGE TO SNOW BY SUNDAY AFTERNOON. THE
HEAVIEST SNOW WILL FALL SUNDAY NIGHT THROUGH MONDAY NIGHT.

* WINDS: GUSTY NORTHWEST WINDS OF 30 TO 40 MPH. AREAS OF BLOWING
