Armed Robbery Suspect Apprehended 
On 12-13-10, the Avondale Estates Police Department took warrants for a subject identified as the gunman who committed the armed robbery on 12-05-10 at the ATM located in the Twin Oaks Plaza (E. College Ave.)
Due to the combined efforts of AEPD, Decatur PD and corporate security of Bank of America the perpetrator is now in custody awaiting arraignment.
