We had a short water outage this afternoon which may be causing some discolored water in your homes. A minor traffic accident on station 22 ½ just coming onto the island caused a water leak. We needed to shut water off briefly to make a minor repair. The discolored water should clear up shortly. Please let your bathtub cold water faucet run for three to five a minutes. Most of the time this will clear your plumbing. If it does not clear up, shut it off and wait 30 minutes and check again. Do not use any hot water or do any laundry while it is discolored.
