Deputies arrest man for attempted rape of a Wooster Twp. Woman. Suspect Joseph Mosley had been out of prison for 24hr 
Deputies arrested Joseph Mosley for attempted rape on Tuesday afternoon.
Deputies were called to Wooster Township home where a woman reported that she had been attacked by Mosley who lived nearby.
The attack was stopped when the woman screamed for help and a relative to Mosely came to her aid. Mosley then fled the scene.
Deputies arrived and quickly broadcast to other officers to attempt to locate the suspect.
Mosley was soon located at a fast food establishment in Wooster by a Wooster Police Officer. He was taken into custody without incident.
Mosley who is 21 years old has lengthy history of violence that spans over 10 years.
He was released from prison on parole on Monday and committed this crime the following day.
After 24 hours of freedom Mosley is once again incarcerated and is currently held in the Wayne County Jail with a bond of $50,000.
