A Special Bulletin from the Borough of Magnolia Office of Emergency Management...
Due to the Winter Storm Warning, please avoid parking on Borough Streets when possible to allow for snow plows to work with maximum efficiency. The Borough Department of Public Works will be working to keep borough roads as clear and as safe as possible, however unnecessary travel should be avoided for your own safety. The Borough will be working together with Camden County and the New Jersey Department of Transportation to keep county and state roadways clear as well.
The National Weather Service in Mount Holly has issued a winter storm warning for heavy snow and blowing snow in effect from 7:00 am Sunday to 1:00 pm Monday for Camden County and the surrounding area. Accumulations of twelve to eighteen inches could be expected across southern New Jersey. Northerly winds could increase to between 20 and 30 miles per hour with gusts over 40 miles per hour expected. Blowing and drifting of snow are expected with greatly reduced visibility at times. Travel is strongly discouraged.
