SNOW EMERGENCY in effect for ALBURTIS BORO beginning at 8pm on Sunday 12/26 until further notice. 
Mayor Robert Mader has issued a snow emergency for the Borough of Alburtis beginning at 8pm on Sunday 12/26/2010 until further notice.
6-10 inches of snow is expected with blizzard-like conditions, blowing and drifting snow is also expected. Winds 20-30 MPH with guts to 40-50 MPH.
If you do need to go out, please dress properly (dress in layers)and prepare your vehicle with proper supplies (food, water, snow shovel, salt, flares).
Take necessary safety precautions.
