Livermore Police reports the theft of Catalytic Converters from Toyota's continues to rise in the Springtown Area. 
The Livermore Police Department has seen a significant increase in the theft of Catalytic Converters from vehicles in the Springtown area. The thefts are mostly from Toyota brand vehicles. The thefts have occurred during the late night to early morning hours.
