LAPD North Hollywood Div declares the 7600 Block of Belaire is safe 
Los Angeles police Dept North Hollywood Division has concluded the K-9 search in the area of the 7600 Block of Belaire.
The search and the incident resulted in the arrest of all three outstanding suspects.
The area has been declared safe for normal traffic.
