The local weather centers are forecasting freezing temperatures on the Island tonight and tomorrow night for more than 6 hours. Take precautionary measures to protect your water pipes. Letting your cold water faucets drip before you go to bed will keep the water moving through your pipes. This will prevent it from freezing and bursting. Drain outside spigots and hoses. Know where to shut the water off in case of a leak.
