Suspicious W/M 30's driving newer maroon 4 dr sedan alloy rims taking pics of children in 300 blk Musselman Rd 
On 01/12/11 at about 4:10 PM, an unknown subject in a vehicle was reportedly taking photographs of children playing and sledding in their front yard in the 300 block Musselman Road in West Manheim Township.
The vehicle was described as a newer model maroon 4 door sedan with alloy wheels. The driver and only occupant was described as a white male in his 30’s, short dark hair, wearing sunglasses and using a camera through the passenger side window which had been lowered.
The vehicle and driver were observed by the two grade school age children as well as their parent when it stopped in the road in front of their residence. The subject drove off towards Black Rock Road when the children ran into the home.
It has not been determined whether the subject had any criminal intent. The investigation is ongoing and anyone with information is asked to call 911 or contact this department at 717-632-7059.
