* PRECIPITATION TYPE: SNOW...SLEET AND FREEZING RAIN.
* ACCUMULATIONS: 1 TO 4 INCHES OF SNOW...FOLLOWED BY A PERIOD OF
SLEET AND FREEZING RAIN. BETWEEN ONE-TENTH AND ONE-QUARTER OF
AN INCH OF GLAZE IS POSSIBLE.
* TIMING: SNOW BEGINS BETWEEN 900 PM AND MIDNIGHT...CHANGES TO
FREEZING RAIN BEFORE DAWN...THEN CHANGES TO PLAIN RAIN BY NOON
TUESDAY.
* TEMPERATURES: BELOW FREEZING WHEN THE SNOW BEGINS BUT RISING
TO 32 OR A BIT HIGHER BY NOON TUESDAY.
