* ACCUMULATIONS: THREE TO FOUR INCHES. HIGHEST ACROSS THE SOUTHERN
POCONOS AND NORTHERN NEW JERSEY.
* TIMING: BEGINNING AFTER 7 PM TONIGHT AND LASTING INTO FRIDAY
MORNING.
* IMPACTS: SLIPPERY ROAD CONDITIONS AND REDUCED VISIBILITIES.
