* PRECIPITATION TYPE: RAIN AND SNOW...CHANGING TO ALL SNOW.
* ACCUMULATIONS: 2 TO 4 INCHES OF SNOW.
* TIMING: RAIN AND SNOW ARE EXPECTED LATE TONIGHT...CHANGING TO
ALL SNOW BY WEDNESDAY EVENING. THE HEAVIEST SNOW WILL OCCUR
WEDNESDAY EVENING INTO THE NIGHTTIME HOURS.
