The City of Clarinda has declared a snow emergency effective at 10:00 p.m. on Monday, Jan. 31, 2011 until 10:00 p.m. on Feb. 2, 2011. Parking will not be allowed on city streets until all major snow removal operations have ceased. Your cooperation in this matter is appreciated. Thank you.
