Westchester Storm advisory: Please check the village website for more information on advised snow procedures. 
Due to the impending winter storm watch the Village of Westchester is advising the community of the following:
a) For all non-emergency police services please call 708-345-0060.
b) Please remove your vehicles from streets so that they are properly plowed and allow emergency service vehicles to get through.
c) Residents are asked to clear snow from fire hydrants located near their property.
d) Westchester Police are activating a storm vehicle accident reporting plan. If you are involved in an accident where vehicles are drivable, with no injuries occurring, drivers are to exchange information/insurance and report the accident at a later date at the Westchester Police Department 10300 Roosevelt.
e) Please check on your neighbors, the elderly, and infirm. The village will have an EMERGENCY WARMING CENTER available starting at 5pm on February 1st 2011, in the Westchester Community Room. 10300 Roosevelt.
