The National Weather Service issued a hard freeze warning for Montgomery until Friday. The City of Montgomery will provide warm shelter for all citizens at the Community Center through Friday night. Police will conduct frequent security checks.

With the anticipated parcipitation and freezing temeratures driving conditions will be trecherous. It is advisable to limit driving if possible. Make sure you have a means of communication should you need to be on the road. Check all tires and the spare and maintain a full tank of gas to prevent being stranded in the cold. Should you become stranded, stay with your vehicle and call 911.
