The snow melted and made the roadways passable. The temperature in dropping and the roads are re-freezing. 
The "warmer" temperatures allowed the roads to thaw some today. BUT the temperature is dropping again and we're beginning to work wrecks because vehicles are hitting the black ice and leaving the roadway. For your safety and ours, please stay off the roads, unless ABSOLUTELY necessary!!!
