NCSO Top Ten Most Wanted- Archie Smalls located and arrested. 
Archie Smalls, who was on the NCSO's Top Ten Most Wanted List, was located and arrested by Rocky Mount Police late last week on Boone Street. Archie Smalls had been wanted by NCSO for Failure to Notify Law Enforcement of Change of Address by Sex Offender. He was placed in the Nash County Jail under a $10,000 bond.
