Good Morning, this is Dave Lander of the North Castle Office of Emergency Management today is Wednesday February 16, 2011

This message and information is regarding a water main break in the Windmill water district effecting your residence or area residences on Pond Lane from number 14 through number 24 in the cul-de-sac.

Water Department crews are on the scene of the incident have isolated it and are in the process of making the repair. This water main break should be repaired by 2 PM this afternoon.

After this repair is made you may still experience a low water pressure condition for a short time. Upon water restoration the water department advises that you should open your lowest water faucets slowly and run your water until it is clear.

If you require additional information regarding this repair or restoration procedure you may contact the water department offices at 914-273-1882 you will be called back by personnel who will assist you.
