Water Main Repair Complete Water Service Restoration in Process Residential Water Restoration Procedure Information 
Good Afternoon, this is Dave Lander of the North Castle Office of Emergency Management today is Wednesday February 16, 2011
This message and information is regarding the water main break in the Windmill water district effecting your residence or area residences on Pond Lane from number 14 through number 24 in the cul-de-sac.
The Water Department reports that the repairs have been completed at approximately 12:30 PM today and that service restoration is in progress. The Water department crews are restoring this water slowly and attempting to bleed as much air from the line as possible.
In order to safely restore the water in your homes the water department advises that you should open your lowest water faucets slowly to allow any air to bleed from the system and then allow the water to run until it is clear.
