Traffic signals not operating at Hwy 23/Blackburn St and Hwy 23/Metomen St. Both will be manual 4 way stops. 
The Traffic Signals at Highway 23/Blackburn Street and Hwy 23 and Metomen Street are not functional and will be down for sometime because of wire cuts by County Maintenance workers earlier in the week. Both intersections will be manual stop sign, four way stops until repairs can be made. Please drive cautiously in this area until the signals can be reactivated.
