Construction begins Thursday,02/24 on PA Ave between Royal Rd & Case Blvd-road closed to through traffic. Plan alt rt 
Raritan Township Police announces that construction will begin 7:00 AM on Thurday, February 24, 2011 on Pennsylvania Avenue between Royal Road and Case Boulevard. The roadway will be closed to through traffic in that area.
Expect delays and consider planning an alternative route. The project is scheduled to last through Friday, March 4, 2011, but may end sooner. Crews will not be working on Saturday and Sunday, February 26 and 27.
