POWER OUTAGES-ROAD CLOSED 
A portion of Foundry Street remains closed due to power lines down due to the wind. Power is also out in that area. There is a tree blocking the road on Baer Road near the intersection of Gulf Road (Dover end).
Pinch Hill and Portland Avenue are now open.
