Resident Satisfaction Team Coming to Soon to Your Neighborhood

The Folsom Fire Department is excited to be partnering with business students at Folsom Lake College in a project to help us to continue to improve our delivery of services to our community. Students in the Business 300 classes at the college will be conducting a market research project to identify what our residents think of the job the Fire Department is doing and how we can serve our community better. As part of this project, the students have developed a survey and will be visiting various neighborhoods in the next few weeks. They will then compile the results and provide them to the Fire Department. Resident participation in the survey is voluntary. The Fire Department encourages participation and needs feedback in order to identify how to best meet the needs of our citizens. Thank you!
