Narcotics Division makes arrest:
On 02-22-2011, the Narcotics Division went to the address of 790 Moss Rd. Nashville ,NC in reference to receiving information that PATRICK WOODCOCK was selling Marijuana from the residence and was in possession of Marijuana. WOODCOCK gave the Narcotics Division consent to search the residence. During the search of the residence, the Narcotics Division located a safe in the bedroom closet. The safe contained 72.6 grams of Marijuana, a set of hand scales, baggies and $1,900.00 in US currency. PATRICK WOODCOCK was arrested on 02-23-2011 on outstanding warrants for Felony possession of Marijuana, PWISD Marijuana, Maintaining a dwelling for controlled substance and possession of drug paraphernalia. PATRICK WOODCOCK was placed into the Nash County Jail under a $25,000 bond and pending a court date of 02-24-11.
