NCSO has partnered with Ward Drug Co. in Nashville to participate in Operation: Medicine Drop. 
The Nash County Sheriff's Office has partnered with Ward Drug Co. in Nashville to participate in Operation: Medicine Drop. Operation: Medicine Drop is a statewide pill take-back effort in which citizens are encouraged to bring in their old and/or unused medications to be properly disposed of. This effort has many reasons behind it like protecting our environment, preventing accidental overdoses by children and preventing theft of these medications by individuals who would improperly use them. I would like to encourage everyone to participate and to also spread the word about this event. The event will be held at Ward Drug Co. in Nashville on March 22nd from 2pm-6pm. We will take any all unwanted medications except bio-hazardous medications.
