Elderly Ripon man missing since 3 pm yesterday Sunday. 2002 Pontiac Montana,Black.Plate 950ACG Norman Scheuers Age 82. Last seen in Pickett area in his vheicle on 2/27 around 3:00 p.m. Needs BP medication. Easily confused and can get turned around and loses sense of direction.
