Enid Detectives Seeking Identity of Credit Card Theft Suspects
Enid detectives are searching for a man who was on caught on camera after using a credit card which was stolen earlier from the Oakwood Mall parking lot. The man purchased a computer and other items from the Enid Wal-mart on Friday, October 15, 2010 between 9:48 PM and 10:29 PM, using a 24 year old woman’s stolen credit card. The woman reported she lost her purse in the parking lot of Oakwood Mall. When she checked her bank records on October 16, 2010, she found that there were three charges on her debit card after she lost her purse. There were two charges to Wal-Mart and one charge to Hastings here in Enid. Video surveillance footage from Wal-Mart matched to the debit card purchases showed a white male wearing a straw hat, striped hooded sweatshirt with zippered front, and tan jeans. The male has a dark beard and mustache and was accompanied by a white female (see attached photos).
