West Manheim Police charged the following with Possession with Intent to Deliver Controlled Substances and related drug offenses for selling drugs from their residences:

28 yr old Frank Anthony Knecht IV
34 yr old Ramon Luis Rodriquez
25 yr old Jennifer Marie Sexton
18 yr old Ystein Michael Mitchell

Knecht IV was charged on 02/28/11 following an investigation at 66 Harget Drive in WMT on 02/20/11 where a quantity of marihuana, scales, and other drug paraphernalia were seized. He was charged with PWID, Possession of Controlled Substance, and Possession Drug Paraphernalia. Investigator Pfc David Morris

Rodriguez and Sexton were charged on 3/04/11 following an investigation into drug sales at 35 Linda Avenue in WMT since 10/14/09. A search warrant was served and police recovered heroin,drug paraphernalia and cash. Both were charged with PWID and Criminal Conspiracy. Investigator Sgt. Toby Wildasin.

Mitchell was charged on 3/07/11 after a search warrant was served for drug sales at 448 El Vista Drive in WMT on 01/04/11 and a quantity of marihuana, drug paraphernalia and cash were seized. He was charged with PWID and Possession of Drug Paraphernalia. Investigator Chief Timothy Hippensteel
