THE NATIONAL WEATHER SERVICE IN POCATELLO HAS ISSUED A WINTER WEATHER ADVISORY ABOVE 6000 FEET FOR SNOW AND/OR BLOWING SNOW WHICH IS IN EFFECT FROM MIDNIGHT TONIGHT TO MIDNIGHT MDT WEDNESDAY NIGHT. HEAVIEST AMOUNTS WILL BE ABOVE 7000 FEET BUT SNOW LEVELS WILL DROP TO 5000 FEET LATE WEDNESDAY AFTERNOON OR EARLY EVENING.

* SNOW ACCUMULATIONS: 4 TO 10 INCHES.

* ELEVATION: ABOVE 6000 FEET.

* TIMING: MIDNIGHT TONIGHT THROUGH MIDNIGHT WEDNESDAY NIGHT.

* LOCATIONS INCLUDE: GEORGETOWN...PARIS...GEORGETOWN SUMMIT

* WINDS: WEST-SOUTHWEST 20 TO 30 MPH.

* IMPACTS: BACK COUNTRY TRAVEL WILL BE DIFFICULT.
