Despite the Leechburg Rd. closure, the Plum Post Office is still accessible from the New Texas Rd. side of Leechburg. 
Although Leechburg Road is closed for repairs to a slide condition, the Plum Post Office is still accessible by approach from the New Texas Road side of Leechburg Road. The closure point on Leechburg Road is located near the Elicker Road intersection.
