On March 25, 2011 at approximately 1130 AM, a prowler suspect was seen attempting to break into a residence in the 300 block of North Beachwood Drive. The suspect, an African American, approximately 30 years-of-age, was seen by a neighbor who interrupted the break-in. The suspect fled on foot prior to police arrival. A white Lexus was seen in the area at the time of the crime.
There have been other vehicle thefts and attempted burglaries in the area.
