PRESS RELEASE NOTIFICATION

LOCATION: Burger King, 21 South White Horse Pike Stratford, NJ
INCIDENT: Criminal Sexual Contact


Just before 2:00pm on Friday March 25, 2011 officers of the Stratford Police Department were called to the Burger King Restaurant on the White Horse Pike to investigate a sex crime in progress. The reported incident involved a male black, 30-40 years of age who was observed masturbating inside the children’s indoor playground portion of the restaurant. Investigation revealed that the below suspect was engaging in a sexual act with himself, while in full view of toddlers and other patrons. Upon observing the s males actions, a parent notified management who confronted the suspect and called police. As police responded, the male fled from the restaurant towards the PATCO High Speedline. A police investigation resulted in the arrest of the below suspect.

Lindenwold, NJ

Mr. Dawley was charged with a 3rd degree Aggravated Criminal Sexual Contact and was remanded to the Camden County Correctional Facility in default of $15,000.00 bail.
