Fraudulent use of a Credit Device
On 03-29-2011 Officers responded to the 1000 block of Haversham Pl. in reference to a Fraudulent use of a Credit Device. Upon arrival it was learned that a subject known to the victim had made several unauthorized purchases using her credit card. The subject gained access to the credit card while house sitting for the victim during a recent out of town trip. Further investigation into this matter is being conducted at this time.
Residential Burglary
On 03-30-2011 Officers responded to a call for a Burglary in progress in the 500 block of Huntercreek Ridge Ct. A witness stated he observed a subject (white male, late teens-early twenties, 6ft, thin build, medium length blonde hair) exiting his neighbor’s garage carrying an unknown item. The subject quickly made his way from the open garage to a waiting car (gray or silver, passenger size vehicle) driven by another subject. The witness attempted to obtain the vehicles license plate; however was only able to provide Officers with a part of it. The vehicle then left the area at a high rate of speed. At the time of this report a set of golf clubs was listed as missing. The detective bureau is conducting further investigation into this matter.
Stealing from a Residence
On 03-31-2011 Officers were dispatched to the 1100 block of Lorien Ct. in reference to a delayed Stealing report. The victim stated that several items had come up missing from her residence. The time frame for the disappearance of these items dates back several months. The victim advised that in the time frame given at least three known subjects had regular access to the residence.
Theft from a Motor Vehicle
On 04-02-2011 Officers responded to the first level of the I270 Garage located at West County Center for a report of Theft from a Motor Vehicle. On arrival it was learned that unknown subject(s) forced entry into the victim’s vehicle and removed several items from the trunk. The point of entry was believed to be through the driver’s side door as the lock presented as damaged. Several miscellaneous clothing and car audio items were reported as missing.
