Child Annoying 
On 04/03/2011 at approx 545 PM two six year olds and a 11 or 12 year old were playing on the basketball court at Beeman Park when they were approached by A 50 year old man who had been watching them for a short time. The 50 year old man who is described as a male, caucasian with gray hair asked the children if they wanted to come to his car and see some sleeping puppies.
The man walked towards the street and entered into a 2010 black SUV (possible Lexus or Acura)and drove away. The children went home and reported the incident to their parents who phoned the police.
