Fraud! Calls to Ripon residents, promise big payout of cash but request $1,600 check be sent first. Warning! 
Ripon residents have again been targeted by speed dialer marketers telling them they have won substantial cash award. The problem is that is not the way contests work and the criminals behind this scheme are asking for a $1,600 check be sent to them for processing. A legitimate contest would never require money to be sent in to collect winnings. This is FRAUD!
