Full Notification

On 4-14-11, members of the NCSO Patrol Division received information that a subject who was on Rocky Mount PD's Top Ten Most Wanted List, was at a residence on Exum Road, Nashville. Deputies responded to the location on Exum Road, and made contact with a female and male subject in the yard of the house. The female subject was identified as Leasa Harper Smith. She was wanted by RMPD by numerous outstanding charges including Felony Larceny, Attempt to Obtain Property by False Pretense, Misdemeanor Child Abuse, and 2 counts of Driving while license revoked. She was taken into custody and placed into NCJ under a secured bond.

The male subject was identified as William Lee Register. He also had outstanding warrants for being an Absconder from Probation and Parole. He was taken into custody and placed into NCJ as well.
