A public safety checkpoint was conducted on Greenwood Road on the west side of Town Saturday night. 1 arrest. 
Greenwood PD is releasing the following details related to a public safety checkpoint.
The checkpoint was conducted on April 16, 2011 between the hours of 2130-0300.
The checkpoint resulted in the arrest of one 18 year old male for Underage DWI and Possession of Marijuana. 44 drivers were contacted during the operation and 4 Field Sobriety Tests were administered.
The purpose of the checkpoint was to detect and deter impaired driving.
