The 2800 block of Sylvester Road from Independence Drive to Lexington Drive is closed until further notice. 
A semi-truck driver attempted to make a U-turn and snagged some power lines. Now, power is out East of 300. Drivers should avoid the area. Various crews including WG&L, Mediacom, Albany Police, DOT, and AT&T are all on the scene.
