The NWS has issued a flood warning in Vassar. The river is currently 14.22. Moderate flooding is forecasted. 
"The National Weather Service in Pontiac has issued a flood warning for the Cass River in Vassar.The warning remains in effect until further notice. At 12:50P.M. on Friday, April 29, the water is at 14.22 feet and rising. Flood stage is set at 14 feet. Moderate flooding is forecasted. The river is expected to rise above flood stage by this afternoon and crest around 15.2 feet around midnight."
