4/29/2011 - 6:58 AM - Police arrested Larry W.Pennington, age 40 of Port Vue for stealing scrap from ELG Metals. He was charged with Theft By Unlawful Taking, Receiving Stolen Property, Criminal Trespass. He was taken before DJ Martin and remanded to the Allegheny County Jail in lieu of a $ 5,000 cash bond.
