Refugio Valley Rd. will be closed May 10th, 9:30AM to 11:30AM from Swim Center to High School main entrance. 
Hercules P.D. advises you to AVOID Refugio Valley Rd. between Swim Center and the main High School football field entrance on Tuesday, May 10th, 9:30AM to 11:30AM. The road will be closed in this area while students participate in the "Every 15 Minutes" program. The event will involve a simulated traffic collision and emergency response including the landing of a medical helicopter.
Alternate Route 1: Use Redwood Rd. as detour between Sycamore and Refugio Valley Rd.
Alternate Route 2: Use Partridge Dr. to Sparrow Way to Falcon Way as southern detour around the event.
