Mail theft suspect seen 5/5/11 in the vicinity of Petit at San Fernando Mission. 
On 05/05/2011 near San Fernando Mission & Petit, a victim reported his mail was taken by a female claiming to be with the Postal Service. The victim knew his postal delivery person and knew she was not with the Postal Service. The suspect was described as a white female with red hair about 25 years of age wearing blue jeans.
