Suspicious Situation in Rockford Highlands 
On June 15, 2011, at 2:08 PM, the police department took a report of a suspicious black male who was found in the garage of an occupied home in the Rockford Highlands. The black male was described as mid to late 20s, 5'10" tall, wearing dark knit hat, brown hoodie with grease spots, and blue plaid pants.
